End 2019 I started to work as a UX/UI Designer on improving interaction patterns and interface designs of software that optimizes aircraft, crew and flight schedules based on large data sets and artificial intelligence to enable a group of users to make critical decisions in the operation.

During this time my responsibilities were:
• Cooperating with multiple development teams in Agile Scrum
• Conducting user research in the Operations Control Center
• Conceptualizing new features & validating ideas
• Improving the accessibility of the user interface design
